Data controller
Dr Tools Trading Ltd is the data controller for the personal data we process. Contact our Data Protection Officer at dpo@drtoolsuk.com.
What we collect
Account details (name, email, password hash), addresses, order history, VAT/EORI numbers for trade accounts, and standard web logs (IP, user agent). Card details are handled by Stripe and never stored on our servers.
How we use it
To fulfil your orders, run your account, issue invoices, comply with UK tax law (6-year retention on invoices), and send transactional emails/WhatsApp. We only send marketing if you opt in.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure ("right to be forgotten" — subject to statutory retention), portability, restriction and objection. Email dpo@drtoolsuk.com to exercise any of these rights.
International transfers
Our data lives in the UK/EEA. Some sub-processors (e.g. Stripe, SendGrid) may transfer data internationally under Standard Contractual Clauses.
